Refunds and Exchanges

Because we custom design our natural products and use non-chemical preservatives.We cannot accept returns or exchanges. Therefore, notification must be received within 24 hours of placing your order of any changes or cancellations.

PRIVACY

At Shimmer's we adhere to "Do unto others, as you would have them do unto you. 'Only' with a little more love and a lot more care."  When you, the customer, agree to purchase from Shimmer's Natural Bath & Body Salon., we may collect limited personally identifying information. This information, including your name, address, and email address is necessary to record and fulfill the minimum requirements of a transaction. If and when we use a payment processing merchant, we take pains to ensure that the same security measures are in place regarding the transaction of data with that merchant. We do not ever knowingly collect personal data  on any person or persons under the age of eighteen.
